Control systems

We implement machine control systems based on programmable logic automats (PLC) or on industrial PCs supplemented by distribution control systems. If appropriate both strategies (PLC and PC) may be combined.

We implement PLC systems manufactured by Siemens (Simatic S7-400,S7-300,S7-1200,S7-200), Allan Bradley (MicroLogix 1000,1100,1200,1500, SLC500,..), Omron (CJ1..,CPM…) and Mitsubishi.

We implement control systems based on industrial PCs in situations where a lot of data shall be saved in a data bank or in files, where data shall be processed, where a visualisation of data shall take place or if many periphery devices like printers, readers, etc. shall be connected.

A PC based control system may be supplemented with a distribution control system (we implement for instance I/O system Wago 750, modules Advantech Adam, ..) or the technology may by controlled by PLC and the PC provides software options and data processing.

As distribution control systems we implement industrial Ethernet, industrial bus systems Profibus, Devicenet, eventually ASI or some other systems (Cube67).
