This product shall indicate the time of working cycle elapsed. The display may be implemented on manual working station to keep the cycle time required.
The display device is composed of an illuminating column created from LEDs. Gradual lightning of individual green LEDs indicates the time elapsed. Elapsing of halve of the cycle time is indicated by a short acoustic signal and by lightning of a single blue LED. Elapsing of the whole cycle time is indicated by lightning of a single red LED and by an acoustic signal. End of cycle is connected with signal generated by a sensor or by a switch to be activated by the operator (a following operation – for instance conveyor movement, etc. – may be related to this signal). After it the process is repeated.

Cycle time shall be adjusted in mechanical way by the means of a switch (1s-999s, adjusting step of 1s). This product provides the display function described above:

This product version provides the functionality described above and furthermore it transmits signal on current cycle time via radio. A control PC in the office of a responsible employee receives data from plenty of working station. The PC runs a software for processing and displaying of the data. Thus the authorised employee is provided with updated information on cycle times of corresponding working stations and is able to solve any trouble in a very early stage. A change of cycle time can be adjusted on the control PC, the display devices follow the new value in automatic way via radio control.
More radio networks with control PCs may be operated on single one or more working stations (using different canals). The system shall be composed of two basic components:
- radio controlled display device (ZJ18A Pace Maker RF);
- module for connecting of control station (ZJ18B Pace Maker – radio control station).

The delivery of ZJ18A Pace Maker RF includes the display device, 2 connectors and a thin-rod antenna. The delivery of ZJ18B Pace Maker RF –control station includes a communication unit with power supply unit, a communication cable RS232 for PC and an omnidirectional antenna.
